"Staff was excellent! Rooms very comfortable. The hotel is in old historic cottonwood Az and conveniently located to walk all of downtown as well as entrance to many walking trails! All parking in cottonwood is free. Would highly recommend this property. Internal courtyard and patio is delightful!"

"This property was very clean,comfortable and had all the amenities you would need. The kitchen was well stocked,and the bed was very comfortable! This property has alot of history.The owners Steve & Denise are very accomodating.... This is an older home that has been totally remodeled.Very charming. Its only about a 3 minute walk into Old Town Cottonwood! I would definitely stay here again!"

It was super close to shops/restaurants (less than a 5 min walk) but we also chose to stay and enjoy the beautiful patio and living room because it was so easy to sit around and relax. Everything was so clean and well maintained and easy to find. Admiring the decor and set up was half the fun! The host was extremely easy to work with. We would stay here over and over."
