"Everything was great - loved the fenced in yard for our dog. Plenty of space for our group of 7 to relax inside or outside. Location is convenient with lots of amenities nearby. Hosts were great! Definitely recommend staying here."

"The motel room was clean. We had a room with 2 twin beds. It was outdated, but very clean. No real amenities to speak of. Beds and a TV. No A/C and don’t expect them to call you if you leave a message asking if there is A/C because they do not respond and they don’t answer the phone. However, if you are just looking for a room to sleep in, you can’t beat the price, Beds aren’t great and no extra towels. It worked for what we needed. Probably won’t stay again though."

"This is a timeshare place that’s on breezy point property. We did not realize that. It was like a blast from the past! Very early 90s feeling style/furniture wise. There were some stains on the carpets, the towels are old, no toiletries provided, mis matched and lacking cookware, etc.It is definitely not where you want to stay if you want a modern place. That being said, we had an amazing time. The swimming beach is beautiful and clean. The restaurant was delicious, and the gift shop and candy store were great too. We didn’t spend a lot of time in the condo so it wasn’t too bad. Also note - there were no windows to the outside in the actual condo, and while we were there the high village pool wasn’t working, there was another pool to use though. Overall we probably won’t be back but it was a good experience for only being there a few days."
The Perfect Location for Summer Fun on Pelican Lake in Breezy Point!!

"The littles loved the bunk beds, the teens loved the game room, my daughter loved the lake view with her coffee and I loved having the whole family (almost) under one roof. The place had plenty of beds for all of us, and everything that we needed to get ready for the big family reunion at my uncle's house on Clamshell. It was a great weekend."

"The entire house was perfect - it was spotless and stocked with everything anyone could possibly need and more - never have we stayed in a house so well supplied - even with things we didn't even think of. We have stayed at VRBO's many times and this definitely was one of our top two. It was beautiful - the space was perfect for families who need separate sleeping spaces (we had 8 adults) but the common areas were amazing. The game room was unreal and met needs from toddlers to adults. We had a family reunion but hated to leave the property. The location was perfect as our reunion was at Breezy Point (you could walk there). We grilled and enjoyed the backyard - very private and comfortable and room to sit outside for all of us. Also, we have never before been invited to check in EARLY at a VRBO and Kerry called the day before and told us we could check in 4 hours before our scheduled arrival time. I told my adult children that Kerry was my new best friend - we communicated back and forth a number of times BUT NOT ABOUT ANY PROBLEMS JUST SHARING HOW MUCH WE LOVED THE PROPERTY. The space is very open and welcoming including a personal message, great chocolate and coffee. WE DEFINITELY WILL STAY THERE AGAIN. It truly is a WONDERFUL property and the hosts are kind and amazing."
