I do have to say that I failed to travel with shampoo and conditioner for this trip, so I used the hotel shampoo and conditioner and it was really good. Well equipped we only slept there for a few hours before flight out of sfb so we didnt use anything or the pool but the bed was good it was clean..negatives would be the bathtub...it needs a good cleaning with barskeepers and some bleach...we pyt a towel in the tub for our feet
