Villa d'Este in De Panne: a spacious apartment for up to 8 guests, with a terrace that wraps around the building. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. A garage is included.

Self check-in via lockbox. Ideal for families and groups of friends who want to stay together by the sea.



The Space:

You rent the entire apartment. No shared spaces with other guests or an owner.



Bedrooms

• Bedroom 1: double bed 140 cm

• Bedroom 2: double bed 140 cm

• Bedroom 3: two bunk beds



The whole group sleeps comfortably. Nobody ends up on a random sofa because there are not enough beds.



The living room is where everyone gathers. Fully equipped kitchen: cook, make breakfast or have a long dinner. Fast wifi and a desk for remote work. Washing machine available.



The terrace runs around the apartment: morning sun, evening air, space for the group outdoors.



Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are provided.



De Panne sits at the western Belgian coast: long sandy beach, dunes, shops and restaurants. Plopsaland is nearby for families with children.



Approximate distances:

• Beach: about 5 minutes on foot

• Plopsaland: short drive

• Centre De Panne: short walk / drive



Parking: a garage is included.



Guest Access:

You have exclusive use of the entire apartment: bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathrooms and the wrap-around terrace.



Check-in runs through our Guesty guest app. After booking you get a link to enter your details and the EUR 300 card hold. Lockbox access is sent in the app up to 24 hours before arrival.



The Neighborhood:

De Panne on the Belgian coast: beach, dunes, village centre with shops and restaurants. A practical base for families combining sea time with a day at Plopsaland.



Getting Around:

Beach about 5 min walk. Plopsaland a short drive. Coastal tram and buses serve De Panne. A garage is included.



Other Things to Note:

A security deposit of €300 applies to this stay. A few days before arrival we place a temporary hold (pre-authorisation) on your card; nothing is charged. The hold is kept for up to 5 days after check-out and then released automatically if there is no damage; for longer stays the hold may be renewed.

Via the Guesty guest app we ask for card details. A EUR 300 hold is placed on your card, in line with your booking platform's policy. No charge is taken if everything is in order after check-out. The hold is then released.

Bed linen, towels, shampoo and body soap are included.



Waste: the key ring "vuilbak -1" hangs in the small key box on the kitchen wall. On level -1, turn left when you enter the garages. The waste room is all the way at the back on the left, between garage 19 and 20. Please sort into PMD, paper and cardboard, glass and residual waste. Bins with the right bags are provided, so you do not need your own bags.
