Das Haus war sauber und ist gut ausgestattet. Stadtzentrum und Strand sind fußläufig in ca. 30 Minuten erreichbar. Der Strand war auch abseits der Strandpromenade sehr gepflegt und Hunde werden ohne Probleme toleriert.
