Man fühlt sich direkt wohl und wie zuhause. Tolle Lage, sehr zentral. Trotzdem bekommt man in der Wohnung kaum etwas von Trubel draußen mit. Das schmale Treppenhaus ist etwas anspruchsvoll, aber zu bewältigen. Leider roch es im Badezimmer etwas nach Zigarettenrauch (obwohl als Nichtraucherwohnung gekennzeichnet).
