Guests love it! Completely renovated 50’s cottage that gives you character & charm coupled with modern amenities to include granite counters & stainless appliances. New shaker style cabinets, a breakfast bar and character enhancing ceiling beams. From the welcoming front porch, the living room greets you with a large chandelier anchored to the vaulted ceiling. The master has a queen size bed. The guest bedroom has custom built bunk beds; sleeps 4\. The cottage is only 5 minutes to downtown historic Clayton. Outside there is a firepit and a covered area under the carport for grilling on the propane gas BBQ grill. There is ample parking in driveway and across the street in front of the house. The pictures and description of this cottage do it no justice. It's perfect! My boyfriend and I needed a getaway to much cooler weather and this cottage was perfect. It's so clean and comfortable. Every time we walked through the door, it felt like coming home. Great location, and the quietest neighborhood. We enjoyed of 4 nights and he literally has to drag me home. Amazing stay. Great restaurants, hiking trails, and I was finally able to go to the Wander North Georgia outdoors store! The host was great and put a lot of care into little details around the house. The cabin itself was beautiful and cozy. Really enjoyed the layout of it. The whole cabin was clean however the fridge reaked of fish and that smell made its way into everything we put in it.
