Our 4th fl penthouse offers direct oceanfront views from every bedroom and living room, allowing you to wake up to the sunrise and fall asleep to the soothing sound of the waves.
    The crown jewel of our residence is the 35-foot private oceanfront terrace, an exceptional outdoor living space perfect for morning coffee, al fresco dining, sunset cocktails, or simply relaxing while watching the ocean stretch endlessly before you. With elevated fourth-floor positioning, the terrace provides sweeping panoramic views and refreshing sea breezes while maintaining privacy.
    Guests can enjoy Private, fenced in oceanfront swimming pool with lounge chairs, shuffleboard and a raised beachfront BBQ with hi-top seating for outdoor meals with ocean views. A lifeguard station is next door and a 24 hour laundry room.

I cant think of a more perfect location for my family. We had the beach to ourselves, all the neighbors were super kind and friendly. We will be back for sure!!! The condo was perfect and we had everything we could ask for within15 minutes.

Perfect Getaway

The condo was perfect for our family. We loved the views from the balcony. The best part for us was that the condo was on the ocean side of the road, so no need to cross the road to get to the beach. It was great being able to lay in the sun by the pool and then having the beach a few steps away. The host was great to work with and very responsive to questions we had. Looking forward to returning next year!

This condo is amazing! Sunrises & views from this penthouse unit are stunning. Property owner was top-notch in every way: very clear and prompt communicator, patient with a host of questions about the condo, knowledgeable about area amenities and very accommodating. The unit was very clean, beds were great and enough bits & pieces to get guests started.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this oceanfront penthouse. Our host, Anna, was responsive to our questions and very friendly. The condo was immaculate, the master bed was extremely comfortable, the kitchen was very well stocked, the living area furniture was ample & relaxing, and that ocean view...spectacular! If you enjoy the sunrise and moonrise, as we do, Mother Nature will not disappoint! The condo's location was perfect for all our day trips, there are great restaurants nearby and a grocery store 2 minutes away for all your needs. The next time we are planning to be in the Ormond Beach area, we will definitely book this charming condo again! Thank you, Anna, for a delightful vacation at the beach.

Quite area

Very clean. If you are looking for a quite beach and small condo building this is the place for you. Manages were very nice and very helpful. There was an issue with the elevator but they worked with the repair man to get the issue fixed. There were a couple of small restaurants that were within walking distance and a lot that were within a few minutes by car.

Last minute spring break…

We decided to take a trip for spring break at the last minute…oh how lucky we were when I stumbled upon this beautiful place! The owner was super easy to work with and sooo helpful. Condo location is absolutely perfect. Away from crowds, perfectly safe, and absolutely stunning. The condo is fully equipped with anything one might need and beds are comfy! The only complaint I would have is I wish there were one more chair or seat in the living room space. Overall, a pure hit! Thank you so much!
