Directly on ocean! Luxury 12th floor condo

Brand New, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom oceanfront family-friendly luxury condo with all amenities included. Enhanced cleaning protocols based on CDC guidelines and contact-free check-in & check-out. High-speed wireless makes for a perfect “flexcation” if you need to do some work. And ample parking is available in our private lot. The Van Lee building is in the best location on beautiful Ormond Beach. Unit 1205 has been completely remodeled with high end finishes and lots of extra touches to provide the feeling of staying at a 5 star luxury resort suite. Six can sleep comfortably with a queen-size “air-dream” sofabed in the living room. The master suite is designed for the ultimate in comfort with a plush king-size bed, a balcony, its own bathroom and separate vanity/dressing area. The guest room is equipped with two twin beds, a desk, a nightstand and has a view of the intracoastal waterway. Every room is equipped with a large screen SMART TV and cable is also included. The spacious chefs kitchen has a large peninsula with bar seating and is equipped with everything you could possibly need to cook your favorite meals or just relax and socialize with family and friends. Your own private, full-size washer/dryer is also included. The condo is located directly on the ocean with a private access gate to the quiet (no-drive) beach or you can watch the waves roll in while relaxing by the pool. If you prefer a quiet spot indoors to read then you can enjoy a book in the library located on the main lobby level. If you don’t want to miss your workouts while on vacation you will appreciate the fitness center with a treadmill, rowing machine, weight machine and dry sauna!

Shopping, restaurants and grocery stores are within walking distance. Lots of other adventures, such as Daytona, St. Augustine, and Disney are a short drive. Wake up to an amazing sunrise over the ocean and dolphins playing just off-shore then relax on the front lanai in the evenings for a breathtaking sunset over the Intracoastal. Not a morning person? No problem, just lower the custom black-out blinds and enjoy your peaceful slumber. Ormond by the Sea is truly a special place and the condo has been equipped with lots of special touches to reflect that style and tranquility with convenience and comfort in mind.

Amazing condo!

This was the 4th year that we've stayed at Shelly and Monty's condo. It has always been impeccably clean with everything needed for leisure time at the beach. I would highly recommend staying at this beautiful condo. We'll see you again next year.

Love this condo!

This was our 4th time staying here, and it never disappoints. We are always able to relax and enjoy the view so much. There’s everything we need for cooking in the kitchen, and we always hate leaving.

Oceanfront Luxury!

This was our second stay in this gorgeous, well-appointed condo. For the second year in a row, it was scrupulously clean, well maintained, and thoughtfully set up so that families can truly relax and enjoy the space. The bed is so comfortable, cooking in the stylish kitchen while looking out over the ocean is bliss, and the modern decor is luxe and calming at the same time. Fantastic communication from the host, and a wonderful building. We love it here!

Amazing!

The condo was awesome! It was just as advertised. Right on the beach and the views were outstanding. Clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. Towels and lines were top of the line and plentiful. Beach equipment-chairs, towels, etc were so nice to have. Many restaurants and shops were close by. I can’t really say enough about this wonderful condo. We will definitely be back!

Great oceanfront condo

This is a great unit with an exceptional owner. Well maintained in a prime location. Private beach and a pool with easy access to Daytona Beach, a short drive to St Augustine or Cape Canaveral. This is our 2nd stay in this unit, 12th floor with a balcony overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Beautiful kitchen fully equipped. Plenty of beach gear for kids and adults. The building is a mix of full time residents and units which rent out. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Lots of local restaurants and places for seaside dining.

Exactly as advertised!!

What an amazing home! Everything was fresh, spotless, well stocked with thoughtful touches. The home was exactly like the photos posted only better! The view of the ocean as soon as we walked in was breathtaking. The place was so clean and fresh I thought we must’ve come in right after a new build. The bathrooms and kitchen were completely stocked with anything you’d ever need. A quick trip to Publix 1/2 mile up the street and we were good to go! We stayed over Thanksgiving and didn’t miss a single football game with the cable available!! Ms Taylor made check in so easy, literally took 2 seconds and she was very quick to respond throughout the entire process of booking and afterward. She even thought of little touches like wine and chocolates which was so wonderful. I almost didn’t want to give this review because I don’t want everyone booking all the dates up!! We will absolutely be back time and time again. Great home in quiet, well maintained building. Close to everything fun. Thank you so much for awesome stay!
