This is our family's personal vacation home, so we have furnished and decorated it with all new upscale furnishings and high end electronics so it's not your typical 'rental' condo. No need to keep track of a key, it has an electronic lock customized to the last four digits of your cell phone. It is a second floor end unit closest to the beach of a three story horseshoe shaped complex called Ormond Breakers located at 2100 Ocean Shore Blvd, in Ormond By the Sea, with beautiful landscaping and a well kept pool in the courtyard, which you can see from your balcony. It is an end unit closest to the beach so you have double the windows and gorgeous views of the ocean. The beach is private for residents and guests only of the Breakers so it is never crowded, always quiet and peaceful and it is a 'no-drive beach', unlike Daytona beach. KITCHEN - is beautiful with white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and fully stocked with everything you could need. It has a refrigerator with freezer and ice maker with filtered water in the door, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, crock pot and electric grill for cooking. It also has dishes, glasses, silverware, kids plates and cups, pots and pans, cookware and utensils. There is a high top table that sits 8 and a bar with additional stools. And of course there is a box of menus for nearby restaurants for those who chose not to cook on their vacation. LIVING ROOM - features 12 feet of windows directly facing the beautiful Atlantic Ocean with a new comfy large LoveSac sectional couch and two swivel chairs directly in front of the window for whale watching. There is a 80 inch Smart LED TV, digital cable and a lot of steaming capabilities like Netflix, Amazon, Prime, Apple TV, Hulu and much more. There are blackout curtains in the living room for the days you just want to relax and watch a movie. There is a balcony with 4 chairs and a table that are bar height to see over the balcony and sit, relax, enjoy your coffee or wine while watching the dolphins swim by. MASTER BEDROOM - is like a spa retreat with a king size bed, chest of drawers and desk with gorgeous views of the ocean out the large window to wake up to. It has a 75' smart TV with Digital cable and lot of steaming capabilities like Netflix, Amazon, Prime, Apple TV, Hulu and much more. The master has plantation shutters and also amazing blackout curtains for those who like to sleep late. There is a full bathroom with granite countertops and a new white vanity with enclosed glass and tile shower. 2nd/KIDS BEDROOM - this room is brightly decorated and has a queen bed and also a bunk bed with single on top (80 lbs. max) and a full size bed on the bottom. It also has a TV with digital cable and streaming capabilities, books, games and puzzles to keep everyone happy and entertained. The bathroom also has granite and a vanity, medicine cabinet and bathtub with a shower. There is a linen closet in the hallway fully stocked with all the bath and beach towels for you. POOL/GARAGE/BEACH ITEMS - the one car garage is directly across from your front door and has a coded keypad for you to gain access. It will fit a regular sized vehicle. For larger vehicles there is additional parking on both sides and in the rear of the condos. The garage contains all you might need for a fun day at the beach, like chairs, umbrellas, games and boogie boards. The condominium has a beautiful pool in the courtyard and plenty of tables and chairs to relax and read a book on. NEARBY - There is Oceanside cafe just .2 mile from the condo with great food and drinks all day right across from the beach. There are tons of great new restaurants in Ormond and Flagler, which I have a list of recommended ones in the condo as well as menus. Daytona beach is just 7 miles south, Orlando and Disney World are only an hour and the beach is seconds away. There are a lot of things to do in nearby like shopping, movies, bowling, go-karts, indoor amusement park with laser tag, rock climbing and arcade games, and my kids favorite, Daytona Lagoon, a water park with a wave pool, slides and much more. Marineland is also only 20 minutes away where you can swim with dolphins! We had an amazing time at Sundance. We had a little hiccup with our original booked condo in Daytona. We quickly searched for a new place to stay and I found Sundance. We needed to check in that day, and the owner made it happen. She had it ready for us by 4 with a very short notice. The condo is very well equipped with everything you will need for your stay. The condo has everything to keep the kids entertained: Cards, board games, puzzles, dvds and a couple of game systems. The garage is full of beach supplies, which was so nice. We were going to purchase those things once we got here. The beach was absolutely beautiful and not crowded at all. We are already looking for dates for next year, we hope to stay longer. Great condo with everything needed for a relaxing, fun stay. Great location across the street from the beach with fantastic views from every room. Close to stores and restaurants. Location and views out the windows were breathtaking! Private beach right out the door (across the street) was a huge plus! Close to so many activities in the area. The only issue I had was the cleanliness of the floors, esp under the dining table and some of the cooking untensils in the kitchen. After mopping the floors 3 times, our feet stopped getting dirty. The first impression, besides the beautiful view, was how fresh and clean the condo was! We met the housekeeper on our way out, and she was so very friendly and did a super job! The condo was well-furnished with all the comforts of home. The beds were very comfortable! We really enjoyed the well-furnished kitchen as well as the fantastic TV area. We were able to see the sunrise through the picture window. It’s a 2nd floor unit, but there is an elevator available. The garage kept our vehicle cool. The owners provided everything to make our stay comfortable. I traveled with my mom who is 82 years old and we had a wonderful time. My mom use to live nearby in Ormond Beach. This part of Ormond exceeds others because no cars can drive on the beach. The view was amazing and the easy access to both the pool and the beach was great. Very clean, plenty of room, comfy beds, and the location was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool which we had by ourselves most of the time. Very quite complex. The condo was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The living room has a stunning view of the ocean. The kitchen comes stocked with everything you could possibly need and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The beach is right across the road and only takes about two minutes to reach (with a 3 and 5 year old). We would definitely stay here again! ##### Aimee J. I like to stay in this area because the beach is private and less crowded. It’s also a short drive to the action and lots of activities. This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and the space is very open and roomy for our family of four. I also thought the furniture was extremely comfortable in the living room and master bedroom. The kids loved the bunk beds and having there own TV in there room. We really enjoyed ourselves. Thanks again! ##### Liz M.
