It is within walking distance to key attractions, including shops, cafes, restaurants, day spas, beauty and massage salons and the magnificent Daylesford Lake, Wombat Hill Botanical Gardens and the Convent Gallery. Enjoy the comforts of Hillside which features gas log fireplaces, 2 spa baths, spacious kitchen, dining and two living rooms. Features air-conditioning, heating, wi-fi, and a generous grass lawn back yard with a netted trampoline for the young and young at heart. Great for couples and groups alike. The house features a covered front porch with stunning views to the nearby town and Wombat Hill. Lovingly restored to accentuate its period features whilst incorporating modern conveniences such as central heating, gas fireplaces, spa baths and air conditioning. Features a spacious family sun soaked living room with folding/French timber framed glass doors overlooking the court yard and garden which may be opened to extend the living space to the outdoors as desired. Three of the four bedrooms are grand and charming each with its own character and colour. We arrived on a freezing day, to a lovely warm home with the fireplaces already lit and the lamps on for a cosy feel. It’s close to town, great to wander in for dinner at one of the local restaurants or pick up supplies to cook in the the well equipped kitchen. 2 living areas gave our family lots of room to spread out. The only issue we had was on check-in, where the house had not been cleaned from previous guests. This was rectified quickly by Mario, who promptly organised 3 cleaners, however it delayed check-in by approx 2 hours ##### lisa a.
