The size, the cleanliness and the location were all excellent. It suited our needs to a tee. Catering for 3 adults and an 8 yr old. The table tennis 🏓 table was a bonus for keeping child amused. Two tiny things to consider, the acoustics in living area an annoyance, one of our party being partially deaf & key/car access a bug bear.
