They claimed that we’ve strained the bed sheet & wanted to charge RMB 30, they just show me a very blur picture, I was not informed till I checked out. Anyway they’ve waived the penalty. The free drinks redemption can give a miss, the drink is tasteless! "

"lovely hotel. saw lots of kids and dogs so very family friendly. Room was large, view was nice, had a kettle to make tea/coffee which I always appreciate. Breakfast was decent, a few vegetarian options and the freshly made juices were really good. There's an arcade with games but the pool table/cues are in bad condition and unlike my previously hotel you had to pay to play the games which felt a rather ungenerous for a 5 star hotel, same with the little train ride you can take around the building, surely a 5 star hotel could include that in the price of the stay. nothing is walkable from here except the beach. overall it was nice, staff were friendly and we slept well."
