9/10 Wonderful! (388 reviews)
The hotel itself was clean, tidy and had good amenities. Staff were very helpful and nice. The problem was the noise - from outside the hotel and within. If people weren’t shouting throughout the night from outside in the street, the noise from internal doors banging was enough to keep me from sleeping most of the night.

7/10 Good! (2 reviews)
The house was clean but the pool was dirty and some of the outside furniture were in really bad condition. No nice wine glasses and the towels did smell so bad, that we had to wash them before we could use them. There was no internet for 8 days. We did of course complain about it in the beginning but to my opinion, the caretaker of the property was not doing his job. He didn't speak english and we don't speak spanish so the communication was not easy, and thats not a positive thing

9.4/10 Exceptional! (330 reviews)
"Checked in late and had to leave early with young children. Everything was easy and efficient. The night manager was brilliant - she arranged a taxi pickup and prepared a takeaway breakfast bag early in the morning, pretty much at her own initiative. Both the room and the service surpassed our expectation, ..."
