Die Pfannen und Töpfe sind einfach unbrauchbar. Das WC und Bad sind neu saniert worden und sind top. Die Zimmer. Na ja da wird einfach auch nichts mehr gemacht. Steckdosen sind kaputt abgesplittertes Holz. Kommoden wo die Schubladen nicht mehr gut rein und raus gehen. Ein neuer Anstrich im Wohnzimmer und diverse Utensilien in der Küche sollten unbedingt erneuert werden (Salatbesteck, Rüstmesser, Schwingbesen, eine grosse Pfanne etc.) Auf dem grosse Balkon nur 1 Stuhl (mit Spalt in Lehne) sowie zwei Liegestühle vorhanden.
