Die Küche ist sehr schlecht und altmodisch eingerichtet mit verbrauchten Pfannen und ohne Spaghettisieb, Müslischalen etc. Die Einrichtung ist insgesamt abgewohnt. Die Heizleistung der Heizkörper war im kalten Januar grenzwertig. Das Mobiliar, insbesondere das Sofa, ist so abgenutzt, so dass man dort nicht gerne sitzen möchte. Ein Bettvorleger war voller Tierhaare. In diese Wohnung ist, abgesehen von der Küche, schlicht nicht investiert worden, und im Vergleich zu anderen Wohnungen im selben Objekt ist sie verwohnt, nicht mehr zeitgemäß und damit deutlich zu teuer.
