Very nice staff; we had a pleasant check in and great dining recommendations. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We only stayed one night on our way elsewhere, but if we come to David we'll stay again. Highly recommended.

Everything was nice and a good value. The one exception was the street noise. Our rooms faced towards the street and very loud music could be heard until midnight. There was some kind of club or bar and my friends in both rooms couldn't sleep. I mentioned it to the staff in the morning. They said sorry. That didn't help, especially since we had to get up very early.

We did not love our stay here, the restaurant was awful and my wife and I were itchy for most of the night. There was also a marching band or drum circle practicing next door into the evening.

No toilet
The toilet did not flush out properly they came up three times to work On it. They told us not to use it. The three adults in that room had to go to the lobby to use the toilet. Not an enjoyable stay and they would not adjust any money off of our bill.

Poor customer service and no amenities i.e iron, a.c, pool. Great seating area with no air conditioning. Smallest elevator I’ve ever been in. Room a.c was not working had to change rooms after 1.5 hour wait. Terrible breakfast for $12.95 for all even small children. Hockey puck waffles. No where near a 4 or 5 star hotel as listed.

Nice hotel
Nice hotel and good location. Room was clean and modern. Food was not great just ok, not too many options. The elevators are extremely hot!

Overall it’s a nice hotel. Rooms are good and clean. There are 3 types of rooms in terms of size (small, medium and big). Location is good too. The only thing is that the elevators are extremely hot and the breakfast buffet doesn’t offer that much variety.

I was really impressed at the politeness and continual help that I received from the front desk clerks. Carol and Liz were very helpful and always cheerful. They really made an effort to provide me with valuable information I needed. With out their assistance I would have a difficult time.

Local business hotel. Very clean small rooms, good breakfast. Dining room below has a Chinese food section with large traditional dishes that that serve families and banquets and an international section. Good spot for an overnight in David on the way to Boquette or CR.
