8.2/10 Very good! (60 reviews)
Great location, clean rooms. However, as the hotel is located above a pub it is noisy and hard to sleep on Friday and Saturday nights. We could hear the pounding music which made it hard to sleep. There is no hotel common area or prescription area….. price reflects what you get.

9/10 Wonderful! (3,909 reviews)
I would absolutely recommend staying here. The property is a four-minute walk to Victoria station which was incredibly handy for getting around London - whether you take the train/taxi/bus. The property was clean and had an upscale vibe. The room itself was well-designed and felt newly renovated. The small details were all there, including large bath sheets, which I’ve never had in any hotel before. The complimentary breakfast in the am was fantastic. Something for everyone, including GF pastries. This was a big draw originally as to why I booked this hotel. We had a beautiful view of Westminster Cathedral/Big Ben/London Eye from the tenth floor that was truly spectacular. There are so many dining options within a five-minute walk. The only downside is something you will find anywhere - homeless people on the streets doing drugs and fighting. However, they were mindful of people on the streets and it was a busy area and easy to cross the street if you needed to. I still felt safer there than downtown in my own city. You could also walk one street over and avoid those situations. It wouldn’t deter me from staying there again. Probably one of the very best hotel experiences I’ve had.
