Start a load before leaving , Remove all garbage and place in bin outside and put out front . Monday is garbage pickup day.

Return all Tv remotes to its location.

Great host!

The house was very spacious and clean. Anything you might need has been thought of. There was plenty of extra linens and supplies. Our host even had the house decorated for the holiday (we were there for Christmas). We'd love to stay again!

Quiet and comfy find right in the heart of the Posner Park area. Very secluded and backs up to a preserve that entertains sandhill cranes, egrets, and herons that you can enjoy poolside with your morning coffee. Lovely sunsets. Nature paths very nearby and you are across from Posner Park but back in far enough to avoid noise of 27 or 4. Located at the end of a quiet cul de sac in a gated community. The pool is nice. Bring your own pool toys and kitchenware if you plan on doing a lot of cooking, but the basics are there. (No blender or crockpot, etc…) Great layout for a compact house. Ideal location for shopping, dining out, golf, and theme parks. Attentive home owner. We found it to be clean and left it very clean as well.
