List of "chores" (checkout instructions) was not communicated beforehand and was sent via email during our stay, which I do not check while on vacation. It wasnt until Thursday after bugging them all week that yhey finally sent someone to come fix it that afternoon, a day before our last night there.. they gave us a full refund but coming from a state that was freezing, that was the only thing we rented the house for & couldnt even enjoy it. ##### Paola G. Stayed 7 nights in Dec 2022 This review comes from a trusted partner site and has not been verified. ### 6/10 Okay #### Scott A. 26 Feb 2018 #### Pros and Cons The structure itself was exactly as advertised, clean a great setup for our annual golf trip. However, as we went throughout the week, we found the property lacked many of the amenities weโ€™re used to when booking homes through VBRO. 1) We paid for pool/hot tub heat and the hot tub was the same temp as the pool. Not cold, but definitely not hot. Same thing with the shower water - we were unable to take a hot shower - everything was luke warm. 2) Beds are very, very soft and perhaps covered with rubber/plastic liners. 3) We paid for the barbecue grill (which worked great by itself) but the house lacked grilling tools. Weโ€™re used to having access to grilling utincils, foil and at times some spices. We had to use a fork to flip steak to avoid melting the rubber spatula that was provided. 4) Trash bags. Six of us stayed for 4 nights and we were provided with two trash bags. In order to get through the last couple of days, we had to purchase additional trash bags at the grocery store. 5) Boogers on the wall. One of the bedrooms had a line of boogers smeared across the wall. ##### Scott A.
