9/10 Wonderful! (69 reviews)
The apartment is well located on Canal Street with walking distance to French Quarter.
It is a nice apartment and quiet and once the very loud air conditioning unit is seen to, highly recommended!

8.4/10 Very good! (2,425 reviews)
Overall, we had a positive stay. The hotel is very well located for exploring the French Quarter, our room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The pool was also perfect for a refreshing dip after a day of sightseeing.
Service was a little inconsistent. We had an issue with the valet attendant on arrival, which the hotel did resolve, and housekeeping standards seemed to vary from day to day. Pool towels also didn’t appear to be replenished regularly. That said, the receptionist who checked us in was lovely, and the other valet attendants were friendly and helpful.
We stayed on the top floor, where the corridor was noticeably warmer and stuffier than on other floors, which was a little uncomfortable.
Despite these minor issues, we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel a great base for exploring New Orleans.
