Sun filled common spaces connect the living room, dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen for effortless time together. The dining table seats 8, with an additional 4 seats at the kitchen peninsula, so everyone has a place to gather. The living room media cabinet is stocked with games and books for slow mornings or rainy afternoons. A laundry closet with washer and dryer sits just off the common area for everyday convenience. A private boardwalk carries you over the dunes to a wide natural beach with space to spread out and play. The covered Gulf facing porch is set for outdoor living with a large picnic table for dining, Adirondack chairs, rocking chairs, and a swing that frames the shoreline. After beach time, rinse off and settle in while the sky turns pastel at sunset. Please use the private boardwalk and posted walkovers only. Do not cross dunes. Local fines are enforced. The floor-plan is great with the large gathering area in the center and instant unobstructed views of the beach right from the main road entry. The bedrooms are arranged in a unique pattern that make each feel private. I liked that the hallway with the shared bath and the back king BR are on the side rather than at the doorway. Having 4 baths is a luxury. The boardwalk to the beach over the dunes and all the wood decking and large picnic table are immaculate. Heating and cooling worked perfectly.
