Breezy Decks-Street Legal Golf Cart!, Cargo Lift, Ground Level Room,Tennis, Pool

  • Gated subdivision with community pool, tennis court and boardwalk. House overlooks the Dauphin Island Lighthouse. Two huge decks, front and back with great views. Free wifi. Free use of street legal gas six seater golf cart with bluetooth for use throughout the Island.

    Main level has kitchen, dining areas, great room and master bedroom. Master bedroom bath has jetted garden tub with separate shower. Access to huge front and rear decks are through the master bedroom, kitchen and great room entry. Upper level has two bedrooms with queen beds with bathroom between them. Downstairs "apartment" has bath, cabinets with sink, queen bed, sofa sleeper, trundle bed, 12-foot ceilings, separate entrance--private from main level house! Perfect for stair challenged or additional family members.

    Three separate heating and cooling units (three levels) allows everyone to be on their own comfort zone.

    Two Refrigerators and freezers with icemakers.

    Green Egg grill is available for your use.

    High ceilings throughout (18 feet in greatroom), lots of closets, custom staircase, over 600 square feet of decks! Fourteen-foot clearance under house. Ceramic tile with carpet in Bedrooms and Great room. Eighty-gallon hot water heater.
