Located in the exclusive gated community of Desoto Landing, Heron’s Hideaway is a beautifully furnished 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house just steps from Dauphin Island’s white sandy beaches & Desoto Landing's Private Pool and Tennis Court. Thoughtfully designed for both comfort and relaxation, this coastal retreat offers a spacious, open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining and making lasting beachside memories.
The main level features a large living room with seating for eight, a well-equipped kitchen and dining area, a convenient half bath, and a King Suite with a private ensuite bathroom. This beautifully updated bath includes a double vanity, walk-in tiled shower, and a freestanding soaking tub. The primary suite also opens onto a peaceful screened-in back porch, a perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the sights and sounds of the island’s natural landscape.
Upstairs you’ll find a bunk room and a third spacious bedroom, along with a large full bathroom, offering plenty of space for families or groups traveling together.
Additional features include an outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day on the beach, and ample parking both underneath the house and in the driveway. Recent updates include fresh exterior paint and new carpet upstairs in 2025, with new screens for the porch being added soon.
Guests of Desoto Landing enjoy access to community amenities such as a pool, tennis and pickleball court, and a boardwalk that crosses protected sand dunes and leads directly to the beach. The boardwalk is just a one-minute walk from the home.
