It has everything you need on hand but bring a few grocery items since the general store is limited on options. It is located next to the Daufuskie Crab which was lively but not rowdy and the crowd was mostly gone by 7 or 8pm. When we weren’t exploring the island we spent our time hanging out on the covered dock where you can catch spectacular sunsets and can always spot a dolphin cruising by. The pictures really don't do the property justice. The "Loft" is a 5-star accommodation, and the woodshop and wine shop that are located downstairs are truly unique. The private dock is the perfect place to sit and watch the sunrise or sunset, and the Crab Company and General Store are located right next door which makes lunch, dinner, and basic provisions just a short walk away. The Loft has the best location on the island! The sunset views are incredible over the Intercoastal Waterway. Mike, the host, was very helpful with cart rental suggestions and quick to respond.
