We had 2 one bedroom apartments. Ours had celophane patches on the lounge. the 2nd apartment had faulty aircon so was always hot and it took some 10 days to rectify. Additionally there was a burn the size of a plate in the carpet. During a few nights there was significant noise and children running down the hall at night.
