"The only criticism I have is the noise level. I was on the 13th floor and the street noise from very loud cars and motorcycles was loud and annoying Friday and Saturday night. I heard no noise from inside the hotel. "

"Staff at check in were friendly and professional. The room was quite clean and comfortable with beautiful Lake view. The pool was much smaller than the pictures and basically only useful for kids. Kids love the slide. The slide is a bit unsafe for adults as you may hit the pool wall!"
