"Not your traditional hotel booking. Had to pay a €200 damage deposit for an already damaged room before actually seeing the room. Bunk beds were breaking apart and windows were cracked. This gave me some fear that I would be charged for this. Other than that the bathroom and kitchen were great. And the heater a bonus. ""Gym area" was a joke. The rooftop "pool area" was well-used, but the pool is tiny and used only to stand in. Kind of weird. One of the two elevators was inoperable during our entire 4 day stay. Neighborhood was safe, offered many restaurant options."

"This hotel is located right accross the Alhambra, which is very convenient, also has the bus stop that will bring you to the centro and to Albaicin. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is old but clean. Our room can benefit to a few upgrades like plug ins at the bedside table. We used an extension cord coming from the main outlet where the TV, kettle and fridge are plugged in. A couple of time the breaker pop when we used the kettle. But overall, the hotel is good. If you are in for convenience on location and close to Alhambra, this is a great hotel."
