"The staff upon my arrival were not vrry inviting...in regards to check in and I attempted to get a cup of coffee and the clerk said it was old and was made that morning...my arrival time was 6pm...they made no apology or offered to make some fresh coffee."

"I booked with Expedia a month ahead of time and because the hotel overbooked, they cancelled my reservation and lied to me, saying Expedia cancelled it. The manager on duty 4/4/26 about 6pm also lied to me and then would not come back out to speak with me after I talked to Expedia. A nightmare for my grandkids Spring Break vacation"
