"Don’t book with 3rd party as they put you in the smallest , noisiest and claustrophobic window view showing the rooftop noisy generator and aircon unit. The card malfunction mutiple time for entry. The ironing board cover is pretty dirty and you won’t literally place anything in on top of it let alone ironing your clothing. Expedia need to review its relationship with the hotel as they need to improve the type and quality of room allocated for Expedia members"
