The Space:
Bedrooms: The master bedroom and second bedroom both have super king zip & link beds, which can be split into two singles on request. The third bedroom has a single bed, so the house sleeps up to 5. Fresh bedding and towels are provided for every stay.

Living room: A bright, comfy lounge with a 40" smart TV (Netflix ready) and a Dyson room fan for warmer nights.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, fridge-freezer, crockery and cutlery. We leave a welcome tray of coffee, tea, sugar, biscuits and water, plus washing-up liquid, sponges and cloths.

Bathroom: Family bathroom with bath and shower over. Toilet rolls, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and a hair dryer are provided.

Laundry: Washing machine, iron and ironing board.

Outside: Enclosed garden and free parking at the house.

Families: A high chair, children's toys and books can be provided with 24 hours' notice.

Safety: Smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, first aid kit, fire blanket and fire extinguisher.

The Neighborhood:
Pounteys Close is a quiet residential street in Middleton St George, a village with local shops, pubs and takeaways. Teesside International Airport is a few minutes' drive away and Darlington town centre is around 15 minutes by car.

Getting Around:
Free parking at the house. Dinsdale railway station is within walking distance, with trains to Darlington and Middlesbrough, and the A66 and A1(M) are a short drive away.
