"We had a fantastic stay at the Batelo. The room was very nice with a fantastic view. The service was very good and the staff was very helpful with recommendations and also with renting a car. A small “hidden” beach within walking distance and a bit further a little village with very nice restaurants for dinner. We would love to come back!!"

"The whole experience is exceptional. The variety of food and drink is amazing. The staff look after everything and you're never waiting too long for service. " We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming. "
