(1,532 reviews) The room was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We never used the WiFi but it was available to us. The gift shop was not what we imagined it to be but we did purchase a shirt from it. The hotel was cute and had a few things referencing Mardi Gra which I thought was cool. We didn’t have a long stay but we did enjoy ourselves. The casino was nice and we ate at the French Quarter which was one of the restaurants in the casino. The pricing on the food special for two wasn’t bad but the food itself could have been way better but the staff there was great and very attentive and pleasant especially for being short staffed that night. The breakfast in the lobby the next morning was good and a lot to choose from. If I was given an opportunity to stay again I would and would try one of the other restaurants in the casino and would try to stay a bit longer.
