"There is absolutely NO airflow in the rooms. They are designed to keep you warm, not cool. The still air was about 77F and unfortunately I am one of those travelers who needs either cool OR moving air (ie a fan blowing) otherwise I get very nauseous at night. I ended up getting sick and am still paying the price 3 days later as my vocal cords have not yet healed (no I was not drunk, this is a thing for some people when the body can’t expel heat). It is a great place for you if you do not mind still air, because the rest of the experience was exactly what we paid for."

"Epic views, friendly staff. All the different saunas were nice and the indoor pool was 90f which was wonderful. I had panorama view room on the 8th floor facing the mountain range, it was such a great view we didn't want to leave the room and got room service."

Effye was also super nice and helpful and very accommodating! "The staff at the front desk were terribly Friendly- MS REBECCA, KUSEY (hope I got it right) and the very lovely GM of the hotel. She offered my husband the local beer which was a very kind gesture. We were surprised at the respectfulness, friendliness and everything that you can ask from a front desk staff. The hotel is very clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious. My husband enjoyed the bacon."
