The property owner doesn't manage the bookings correctly. The host notified me on my arrival to France that the property was already booked and in consequence I couldn't stay there. She blamed a platform that helps her manage her properties. She offered me to stay at a room inside somebody's house as an alternative, which I immediately rejected since I had already paid for an entire apartment. When I mentioned that I wouldn't accept her solution, she immediately said that my payment was non refundable. I went directly to Abbritel's customer service to request a refund, they were quick to work on that and helped me look for another stay nearby. I give a one star rating for the experience, I didn't get to see the place at all. Normally when a property is not available the host will let you know right away and not wait on the arrival date to let you know it was not available. ##### Alejandro C.
