I requested and some how managed to get other room in different floor. With family this kind of mishap is not totally acceptable. Do not book through Expedia. Spacious rooms. We stayed because of the close distance to where we wanted to go in Dammam. The daily cleaning is fine but not so much in the hidden spots. Bathroom sink had no sink cover and some rust in shower. Room very comfortable and service good. Wouldn’t recommend it. There was no hot water, and they only informed me at check-in time, which was too late to change, as it was nearly midnight. The omelette station guy is never there and you have to wait 5-10 minutes as he comes still using his phone and doesn’t look like he wants to help anyone. The tables in the restaurant are dirty and they barely clean them between customers, and when they do, they only clean the parts of the table that were used, not the whole table. The cafe staff and the reception staff are ALWAYS on their phone and don’t like their employees or working at the place.
