This duplex apartment comprises a tastefully decorated living room with fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room and 2 separate toilets. You'll be able to enjoy the sunny days in peace and quiet from the balcony. With Wi-Fi, fibre optics, bed linen and towels provided and a private parking space, all you have to do is put your bags down and enjoy! Accommodation The flat is on the 1st floor of a small residence, accessible by stairs. With a surface area of around 60 m², it is a duplex and is laid out as follows: 1st level \- Bright living room with lounge area (Netflix, Amazon Prime), dining table for 6 people and fully equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, filter and Nespresso coffee makers, electric kettle, etc). \- Large 20 m² balcony, south-facing \- Bedroom with double bed (160x200) \- Separate shower room and WC. First floor \- 2 double bedrooms (1 with 180x200 bed and 1 with sofa bed with new 140x190 mattress) \- Separate WC The flat is located in a residential area, 80m from the beach and the water sports centre. There are plenty of shops nearby, including food shops, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, clothes shops and a tobacconist's. Activities \- Sports activities, cycling and water sports, walking, running, pétanque, surfing, boating, etc. \- Traditional market every Saturday morning, plus Tuesday mornings during the summer season, and craft market on Wednesday evenings during the summer. \- Fête de la Mer in Pénerf (every August). \- Damgan Triathlon (every year in June). Transport You can do almost everything on foot, with the beach 80m away and Damgan town centre 150m away. Bikes can be hired in the town centre. Private outdoor parking space for your vehicle. Es gab alles, was man für einen kurzen oder auch langen Aufenthalt braucht. Genug Platz für 4 Personen, für kürzere Zeit sicher auch für 6, wobei es dann schon eng wird. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und hat alles, was man braucht. Ein paar Dinge sind etwas unglücklich gelöst. So befindet sich der Warmwasserboiler im unteren Schlafzimmer. Wer elektrosensibel ist, wird das nicht mögen. Die Lage ist hingegen super, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand." ##### Agence C. Die Mail mit der Aufforderung z.B. Nehmen Sie Ihren Müll heraus und entsorgen Sie ihn in den Containern; werfen Sie Glasflaschen in eine von der Stadt vorgesehene Sammelstelle kam sehr kurzfristig am Nachmittag vor der Abreise und ist aus unserer Sicht nicht die Aufgabe des Gastes." ##### Agence C. Très bel appartement, bien conçu et organisé, bravo pour le lit en 180\. La mer à 2 pas et les randonnées sur le littoral. Mais ... le logement n'était pas propre à notre arrivée : sol gras qui n'avait pas été lavé depuis un certain temps, cabine de douche en l'état depuis plusieurs passages avant nous visiblement, intérieur des fours sale. Rose des Vents Bel appartement rénové , bien équipé , cuisine complète , machine à laver le linge et la vaisselle, 3 chambres , dont deux à l'étage, deux WC , petite douche, bon chauffage , bien isolé , calme si pas de voisins, un balcon . pas de vue plage , mais vue sur un toit d'immeuble. une place de parking , proche de la plage , 100 mètres à pieds. attention pour les personnes à mobilité réduite , l'appartement est accessible uniquement par un escalier de deux étages . il manque des emplacements pour suspendre les vêtements dans les chambres et la salle de bain. Nous préférons une entrée autonome par boite à clé , plutôt que de passer par un intermédiaire , une conciergerie. car il faut prévenir la personne qui nous attend que nous sommes retardé par les embouteillages , convenir d'une heure de rdv , juste pour donner les clés. Et ce n'est pas la même personne qui doit récupérer les clés le jour du départ , et qui nous contacte que une heure avant de quitter les lieux ! vraiment pas pratique. ##### Agence C. Il mériterait des placards vides pour le rangement et plus de porte manteaux par exemple. Un interlocuteur privilégié serait appréciable au niveau de la conciergerie, afin d’avoir les réponses à nos questions durant le séjour.
