  • Welcome to the Lazy Loon! Located on Pemaquid in Damariscotta, Maine the cottage features one king bed, one queen bed, a loft with twin bed, and three custom built-in bunks for children. Our home is perfect for families or groups. With two full bathrooms, guests find plenty of room to refresh, including showers and a full bathtub. The quaint cottage keeps you comfortable for 3 seasons with both heating and air conditioning. Our property includes a 125' private beach, private dock, swim float and outdoor fire pit. Kayaks, lifejackets, outdoor furniture and various lakehouse toys available for guest use. Our property has full laundry in-home laundry, a propane grill and internet, including wi-fi.
