At check in room was not cleaned and towels left in bathroom and hair over floor Sat AM had maid enter room showed her the mirror and bathroom and did not bother to show back up. Very unfortunate

Windows in lobby were dirty. Baseboard coming off wall in room. If operation of shower has to be posted on shower wall then this is already a design failure. I don’t wear glasses in shower.

If you don't put up a "do not disturb" sign, staff will come pounding on your door at 8:30am yelling "housekeeping" and then quickly leave if you don't answer in .5 seconds. If you ignore it they WILL return and wake you up again.

We were given a room that was handicap accessible which was more than we needed. The room was big and kind of scattered. The motel was right next door to a Olive Garden.(good)

This property is in major need of cleaning and repair. There is literally a hole in the bathtub, the TV has a large line across the screen and the whole room is super dingy with layers of dust and dirt in some areas ...and there was an old sandwich left in out fridge. If it wasnt so late or if we weren't so tired for driving 11hours we would have left.

Only stayed the one night but when we entered the room there was an empty beer can on the air conditioner. The bathroom was not very clean considering there was hairs throughout the room and the neglected bathtub.

Front desk lady was so nice and very accommodating. We drove from Illinois super tied booked on line in the car didn’t realize that I had booked a smoking room didn’t realize that was a thing. But she relocated me and I was very great full. Nice place.
