With two queen-sized bedrooms, a double-bunk room, a mezzanine level entertainment area plus a spacious kitchen, dining, living room and outdoor deck area downstairs, there is plenty of room to relax, take in the sea views and enjoy the sound of the waves on the beach. After swimming, the private hot outdoor shower is a joy. Inside there are two family bathrooms, one with a large bath. All linen and towels are supplied and the beds will be made ready for your arrival.

The house has a double garage with table tennis table, plus an additional parking bay for a small boat or jet-ski.

Ideally suited for a family or two couples, there is much to experience in the surrounding area. Enjoy a stroll or bicycle ride along the coastal pathway stretching from Dalmeny Main Beach around the headland, past Yabbara Beach and all the way along the coast to Narooma, enjoying the views of of spectacular beaches, headlands and Montague Island in the distance. There is a diverse selection of cafes, clubs, pubs and restaurants to try, plus local markets and more in the surrounding region including Bodalla, Tilba and Moruya. Whale watching, MTB trails, fishing, golfing, swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, 4X4 driving in nearby National Parks and boat trips to Montague Island Marine Reserve are all on offer, along with a range of water sports on the nearby lakes such as wake boarding, waterskiing and kayaking.
