Beautifully renovated Barn style Shack only a short stroll to Josh's beach, enjoy a ten minute walk on the footpath to IGA , Cafes and fish and chips shop in Dalmeny.

#### Peaceful

Well designed converted granny flat/studio. Location is peaceful- short walk to beach. You can hear the waves of both a day and night. If you're looking for something near shops etc... this is not central. Probably a 10 min walk to local cafe. But if you are looking for sometging close to the ocean and calm - this place is great. When checking in discuss expectations with the property manager regarding bins... you get several notifications to put the bins out, but this property doesn't have a council bin, so its a bit confusing. Just check with the property manager and ask them expectations on how to dispose of rubbish.
