It sleeps upto 7, including 2 couples. The open plan living area features a raked ceiling and offers a light and airy feel and adjoins a fully equipped kitchen. Each seating position on the leather lounges reclines and reverse cycle air-conditioning is provided for year round comfort. The north facing covered verandah is the place to be for a barbecue or to soak up the sun and sea views. Both the master and 2nd bedroom have spacious built-in robes. The master bedroom has a generous queen bedroom suite including large dresser and bedside tables, and offers pleasant sea views and is ornamented with water colours from Florence. The adjacent 2nd bedroom has a bunk bed and a single bed and features a large panoramic print of Florence. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower. The 3rd bedroom on the other side of the living area has a double bed, with period furnishings and paintings capturing early Australian country charm. It includes its own external access and sitting area. All windows are fitted with vertical block out blinds. An off-street car space and a lockup garage is included alongside the unit, as is electronic keyless entry on the backdoor to aid late arrival and convenience for your group. All linen is provided on made-up beds, along with your own laundry with washing machine and an outside clothes line. Bring your own beach towels and picnic gear. Dalmeny is ideally situated on the Eurobodalla Nature Coast. It offers some of the best surfing, swimming and fishing on the NSW South Coast. The sealed walk and cycle path hugging the coastline to Narooma offers wonderful sea vistas, as does the 7km pristine Dalmeny beach - dolphins, whales, sea eagles, seals.
