Shower mat is stained, bed sheets stained, toilet paper roll was almost empty upon arrival, coffee was gone at 8:15am.

Quality Inn & Suites Dallas - Cityplace
Very nice stay. Room was very clean and not noisy in the area. Bed was super comfy. Will stay again. We had a quick overnight trip but next time hopefully we can enjoy our time in the area.

When we walked in I noticed the dirty dishes in the sink, bed unmade and trash in the trash cans. Reach out to host and they had someone come clean ASAP which was nice. Arrived after a 9-hour drive and could not access our suite. Had to contact the owner via Hotel app and wait for instructions. Payment for cleaning was required, up front, before key code was shared--which was fine. The space itself wasn't quite as nice as shown but tolerable and we were too exhausted ...
