Luxury Mid Century Modern★Rooftop★Near Everything!
Come stay in this brand new, open-floorplan house with an abundance of natural light right next to Downtown Dallas, Trinity Groves, Bishop Arts, Medical Center, and Love Field airport! This is a three-story house with over 3,000 sqft, a peaceful rooftop patio with an amazing view of the Dallas skyline, and an amazing backyard to entertain large groups. This is the ultimate experience to host your wedding party, dinner party, work event, family gathering, or wedding/baby shower!!
Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.
Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).
First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
