Pool use requires bathing cap and a couple other rules. What passes for a business office is not what I expected and requires staff assistance. Scope of business office services is limited, don't count on needing anything printed. Not a lot of western travelers frequent the hotel, so in depth communication can be challenging but not unsolvable.
