Thanks Wendy, im sorry you didnt enjoy your stay with us, each bathroom has a drain in it and yes we are renovating as we go. You chose to book a motel on a major hwy, so yes you sometimes hear the trucks. I have lived at the front of the motel for 2 and a half years and i dont hear the traffic hardly ever. All our guests love the breakfast room with plenty on offer, eg crumpets, raisin toast, muffins, fruit, toast and cereals, baked beans and spaghetti, coffees of all flavours and juices. Cant please everyone though in this game.

Im sorry you thought this but we have a strict cleaning regime daily. If something was not up to your standard you should have come to the office to speak to me directly, not after you have left. I would have been able at address and fix your issue. Kind regards Nat

I wish you had of come to the office about these small problems, i could of got you glasses and more toiletries, we live on the premises and are open 14 hours a day. Sorry for the inconvenience. Next time just ask only too happy to help.
