Dak Mai Waterfall

From the moment we booked the friendly staff messaged to welcome us and it was no different when we arrived the staff have been amazing. They have great communication and are always ready to assist you, especially the door men they are lovely! Our room was amazing and the location of the hotel was so close to everything it really made it such a great stay! Not to mention the buffet breakfast which had a great variety to suit everyone’s needs. I highly recommend this hotel and some of the staff members Mark, Thuan and Max!

The good: The location was good. Reception and doorman helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The bad: Breakfast was minimal with stale bread. The room is small and quirky with fake trees and squirrels, The shower only had a curtain so water ended up everywhere. The ugly: You get a free welcome pack that includes black tea. I asked for milk (little jug) and got charged 60k (vnd).
