Poor start at reception when my reservation could not be found for some minutes. This is the first time in using hotels.com app this has ever happened ever, so I believe it was the reception staff not hotels.com.
Also there was an attempt to charge us for coffees at breakfast - as breakfast includes coffee only from a machine placed nowhere near the buffet - which we should know as they never have to tell anybody. So after being accused of being disrespectful of staff and rude it spoilt an otherwise great stay.

Awesome place to stay! The staff here made our stay here memorable. So kind and over the top nice, accommodating, went out of their way to help us with anything we needed. We stayed on the top floor, it was newly renovated with a new elevator, new jacuzzi, and modern rooms. Everything was so clean and well kept. Beds were comfortable, right in the middle of town with many beaches to walk to and unlimited food and shopping.
