Booking with Hotel.com is a very bad experience. When we showed up at evening time, the Hotel had no record of my booking. Hotel.com admitted they might oversell. On my request they agreed to refund the reservation payment. Finally I had to pay more to get a room in the residence levels of the same hotel. Hotel.com should shoulder the whole responsibility of this disastrous oversold case. Everyone should be aware of irresponsible altitudes of hotel.com.
