Once you visit, you won\`t want to leave! This pet-friendly (pet fee applies\*) three-bedroom cabin sits just outside of downtown Dahlonega and the University of North Georgia. The amenities do not disappoint—from the game room (ping pong, pool, air hockey, darts, foosball) to the hot tub and fire pit, you won\`t get bored or need to leave. This three-story cabin is great for groups that like to spread out. The upstairs loft features a king bed (no bathroom). The main floor also features a bedroom with a king bed, its own TV, and a bathroom off the hallway. The living room on the main floor features a wood burning fireplace and walkout French doors onto the covered porch. On the lower level you will find a TV room with a 70-inch TV, and a sunroom to enjoy your morning coffee. Sleeping options on this level include a daybed in the common area for additional sleeping (twin with twin trundle), and a master suite with a king bed and its own bathroom. Hang out in the game room, under the string lights in our six-person hot tub, or roast some s\`mores around the firepit. To get a better understanding of the property, watch our video tour: Same-day bookers: Do not book for the current night without confirming the unit is available and ready for check-in. Long stays: If your stay is longer than 10 days, extra fees may apply. Please inquire before booking. Property Notes: \- The driveway allows for up to four cars, but it is one only one car wide. There is room to park two additional cars off the side of the road if necessary. Parking is not allowed in the garage as it is used as the game room. Parking in the garage will result in a $250 fee. \- The loft bedroom is set back enough to have privacy, but it does not have a door. Important things to know: • Pets are allowed with our pet fee of $85 plus tax per pet. If you\`ve added pets to your reservation, one pet fee will be included and we will manually charge for additional pets after booking. • This property does not require a damage deposit, but we do offer a damage protection policy. More info can be found at the end of the listing description. • We provide 1 roll of paper towels, bar soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and plenty of towels and linens. • We offer firewood available on-site to purchase for $10 per bundle (including tax). We can also arrange a delivery of 50 pieces for $60 (including tax) if you let us know 7 days before your stay. Please message us if you are interested. • We have a charcoal grill, but we do not provide charcoal. • Check-in is at 4 p.m. and checkout is at 10 a.m. Early check-ins are possible, but subject to availability and a $25 per hour fee, rounded to the nearest hour. Late checkouts are generally not available, but if we are able to make an exception, the fee is $25 per hour. • The address will be sent to you at the time of your booking, and your check-in information will be sent to you two days out from your stay. • This listing uses a dynamic pricing algorithm; prices are updated daily. Although we have a strict cancellation policy, we offer travelers insurance and damage protection policies through Generali Global Assistance if you are worried you may have to cancel your trip for any reason or would like peace of mind regarding accidental damage. No pets without a pet fee. If it is found that guests brought a pet/pets without disclosing them, the guest will be subject to a $150 fee on top of the pet fees for the number of pets brought. Guests causing excessive noise or disturbances, including, but not limited to, underage drinking, partying, drug use, and exceeding max occupancy, will be asked to check out immediately and full stay rent charge will be due including deposit amount with NO REFUNDS. Guests who leave the place excessively dirty will be subject to additional cleaning fee. Examples of excessively dirty are stains on the floors and walls, pots and pans left unwashed in the sink, and trash left on the floor and outside. Any guest that checks in early without written permission may result in a $50 per hour fee. Any checkout after 10:00 am without written permission may result in a $50 fee. Very clean and quite cabin. The only issue we had was the driveway, but it is a mountain cabin. Would defiantly rent again! ##### Michele B. Spent a long weekend with a our son and some friends. Plenty of space, well stocked kitchen. Game room was a hit. Very relaxing to sit by the firepit while teenagers soaked in the hot tub. The house is exactly as described! Beds were super cozy and the hot tub was ready to jump in! We will definitely stay here again if we are in the area. Highly recommend!!! The only down side was the early check out. With the blackout curtains, we over slept and had to rush to make the 10:00 checkout. We should have opened the curtains the night before. 🙃 ##### Shan P. This is a great cabin with plenty of room and amenities. All three king size beds were super comfy. Kitchen is fully stocked. Detached garage with ping-pong, pool table, air hockey, and darts was a hit. The covered porches with beautiful views made for a great place to enjoy a cup of coffee. The big scren Tv's were easy to use and stream anything we wanted to watch. Matt was quick to respond to any questions we had. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was looking for a last minute cabin close to town. That it is. The parking situation was very strange and on a dangerous curve. Also the house was very chopped up as if part of it was an after thought. I invited several of my couple friends for my anniversary trip. It was very difficult to all be in the same room together. It was very cold so we burnt a fire but really couldn’t enjoy it because there was no other entertainment upstairs. The living room with the fireplace doesn’t have a TV and the space downstairs that has a TV wouldn’t be a place that you would want to hang out. This is the first place I have ever stayed where I never turned on a TV. There was an electric fireplace downstairs in the bedroom which would have been better utilized in the TV room. The gameroom was an outdoor garage and never got over 50 degrees so basically was unusable. I could see in the summer it might be nice...winter not so much. Also the top bedroom is a loft so no privacy there. On a positive note, the cabin was clean. If you want a place to stay where everyone is separated, this is your spot. ##### Jackie C.
